DELIVERY INFO

All Singapore Registered Courier orders are handled by QExpress & Grab Express

Upon payment verification, your order will be dispatched in 2-3 working days for instock items and for party packs you will received delivery details after completion of your order.

Courier [ 1 -3 working days ] – $5.50
To be delivered to your doorstep, of up to 3 attempts.

Tracking number will be provided to you by QExpress upon dispatch.

Express Delivery [1 working days] - Depending on the area & weight

For any urgent order, we will using Grab Express. Please ensure somebody at home to receive your order. Tracking details will be provided to you upon dispatch.

Self Collection

For option to self collect, the date and timing will be confirmed after order received and payment verified.

Incorrect / Incomplete Address
We will not be responsible for any lost delivery due to an error in the address provided by our customers. Please kindly check that you have keyed your block, unit number, street and postal code correctly.

Should parcels be sent back to us, customers are to top up for a re-delivery.

At Lille Fingers, we do not offer any Return/Exchange for products which are delivered in good condition and matches to the submitted order. Please check through your order list before proceed for payment and when you have received the goods.

Despite all our best efforts, if there be any printing error/missing pieces/damage on any product, please contact us immediately and rest assured that we will rectify the issues and advise accordingly.
